Quote for Your Business
Send the collection, the delivery and the deadline. A controller answers, not a form queue.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. Most of what we carry is commercial work, from a single urgent part to a run of drops for a supplier. There is no minimum volume and no account needed for a first job: you get a fixed price up front, a dedicated van, and photographed or signed proof of delivery you can forward to your own customer. Send regularly and the work can move onto a contract account with monthly invoicing.
What a Business Delivery Has to Do That a Private One Does Not
A private customer wants their item to arrive. A business customer usually has someone else waiting on it, which changes what the delivery has to provide.
It has to be priceable, because you may be quoting the cost on to a client and cannot absorb a surprise. It has to be provable, because when a customer says nothing arrived, a timestamped photograph and a signature end the conversation. It has to be reachable, because a driver who cannot be contacted at 6pm is no use when a site closes early. And it has to be honest about timing, because a promise that slips costs you more than the delivery was worth.
That is what a business courier service, or a courier for business in plainer words, should mean in practice, and it is why our quotes are fixed before collection, our drivers are contactable directly, and every job ends with proof you can forward.
Industries We Deliver For
Each of these has its own page with the detail that sector cares about.
Manufacturing
Line-down parts, tooling and just-in-time runs between plants and suppliers, at any hour the shift pattern demands.
Automotive
Parts between dealerships, factors and garages, plus panels and components that cannot wait for a next-day network.
Healthcare and NHS
Samples, pharmacy items, notes and equipment between hospitals, labs, clinics and practices.
Legal
Bundles, deeds and signed originals to courts, chambers and clients, delivered by hand with a timed signature.
Construction
Materials, fixings, drawings and plant parts to sites, worked around delivery windows and site inductions.
Retail and ecommerce
Stock between branches, supplier deliveries and same day orders out to your own customers.
Print and media
Proofs, artwork, printed runs and production kit, collected the moment the press finishes.
Events and exhibitions
Stands, samples, AV and signage delivered to venue load-in slots rather than sometime that day.
Plenty of our commercial work sits outside those eight. Professional and financial firms send contracts and hardware between offices. Laboratories and life science companies move samples and instruments. Hospitality and food businesses restock between sites, with chilled work handled on our chilled courier service. Facilities and property managers send keys, access equipment and spares across a portfolio. Schools, colleges and universities move exam materials, IT kit and equipment. Engineering, aerospace and energy firms send components and test gear to sites and suppliers. If your sector is not listed, the question is only what the item is and where it has to be.

One call gets a fixed price and a driver, whether it is a one-off today or the start of a regular run.
B2B Delivery: Site to Site, Supplier to Customer
Most B2B delivery falls into a handful of shapes, and each one has a service built for it. Whatever shape yours takes, a B2B courier service should fit the job rather than the other way round.
| What you are moving | Typical job | Service |
|---|---|---|
| Between your own sites | Stock, equipment or paperwork shuttled between branches, depots or offices | Dedicated van or contract runs |
| Supplier to your customer | A part or order delivered direct, with proof sent to you | Same day courier |
| Several customers in one day | A round of trade or retail drops from one collection | Multi-drop delivery |
| Something stopping work | Line down, theatre waiting, site at a standstill | Emergency courier |
| Heavy or palletised goods | Machinery, cases or pallets that need a tail lift | Pallet delivery |
| IT and office equipment | Laptops and hardware to staff, offices or data centres | Laptop courier |
| Overnight for a morning start | Collected after hours, delivered before the other end opens | Overnight courier |
Working With Us Commercially
Starting out. Nothing has to be set up first, and there is no spend threshold to clear. Call or send the form, take the fixed all-inclusive price, and book. A small business courier job is handled the same way as work for a national account.
Sending regularly. Once the same journey happens every week, a one-off quote each time stops making sense. Our contract courier service sets a fixed schedule and rate with a consistent pool of drivers, one consolidated monthly invoice with proof of delivery attached, and rolling 30-day terms.
What the price includes. The vehicle, the driver, the mileage, and the charges on the route: Congestion Charge, ULEZ and clean air zones, tolls and tunnel charges. Work outside weekday daytime carries a modest uplift, which appears in the figure you are quoted rather than on the invoice afterwards.
Insurance and Liability
Goods-in-transit and public liability cover applies to every job, and the figures are published in our footer rather than hidden. For consignments worth more than standard cover, tell us the value at booking and we will confirm the level of cover in writing before the driver sets off. Drivers are DBS checked, which matters when they are collecting from your clients’ premises rather than your own.
Business Courier Questions
Is there a minimum number of jobs to use you?
No. A single delivery is a perfectly normal booking, and plenty of our business customers start with one urgent job. Nothing about the price or the service depends on volume.
Can we set up an account and be invoiced?
Yes, for regular work. Once there is a pattern to your deliveries we set up a contract account with an agreed rate, one consolidated monthly invoice with a run-by-run breakdown, and rolling 30-day terms. Ad-hoc jobs are quoted and booked individually.
Can proof of delivery go to our customer?
Yes. Every job ends with a photograph or signature and a time, which you can forward straight to whoever is waiting. It is the quickest way to settle a query about whether something arrived.
Do you deliver to our customers’ sites with their own access rules?
Regularly. Tell us about gate lists, inductions, booking references, loading bays or goods lifts when you book, and the driver arrives with what the site needs rather than being turned away.
What happens if a delivery cannot be completed?
The driver calls you while still nearby, not after returning to base. Together you decide whether to wait, try a different entrance, deliver to an alternative address or bring the item back. You are told the same day, either way.
Can you cover work outside office hours?
Yes. Nights, weekends and bank holidays are ordinary bookings for us, which suits shift patterns, site closures and deadlines that fall outside the working day. That work is priced slightly higher than weekday daytime, and it is included in the quote.
