1. The Service

Same Day Delivery Courier provides dedicated courier and delivery services within the UK. A contract forms when we confirm your booking and price in writing (including email, SMS confirmation).

2. Quotes and Payment

Quotes are fixed and all-inclusive of congestion charges, ULEZ and tolls unless otherwise stated. Additional services requested after booking (waiting beyond agreed time, extra stops, additional crew) are charged at the rates agreed at the time. Account customers pay per agreed credit terms; other customers pay at booking by card or bank transfer.

3. Your Responsibilities

You must provide accurate consignment details (contents, dimensions, weight, value), ensure goods are adequately packed for road transport, and ensure lawful contents. We do not carry prohibited or dangerous goods except by prior written agreement.

4. Insurance and Liability

Goods-in-transit insurance up to £10,000 per consignment applies as standard ; higher cover must be arranged in writing before collection. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the lower of the declared value or the applicable insurance limit, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

5. Timings

ETAs are given in good faith based on traffic and conditions; where a guaranteed deadline is agreed in writing we will state any applicable remedy at booking.

6. Claims

Damage must be noted at delivery where visible and claims notified within 7 days with supporting evidence.

7. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having exclusive jurisdiction.
