Chelsea Roads and Charges
Chelsea is bounded by the river to the south, with the Embankment running east towards Westminster and west towards Fulham. The King’s Road and Fulham Road run parallel through the middle. Most of Chelsea sits just outside the Congestion Charge zone, but many drops, such as Mayfair or Victoria, are inside it. When that happens, the charge is included in your fixed price. All our vans are ULEZ compliant.
