Can a same day courier collect from Swanage?

Two Ways Out of Purbeck
Swanage sits at the end of the Isle of Purbeck, which is not really an island but often behaves like one. There are only two practical routes to the rest of the country. One is the A351 inland through Corfe Castle to Wareham, a pretty road that can crawl behind tractors, caravans and summer traffic. The other is the chain ferry across the mouth of Poole Harbour.
The Sandbanks Ferry connects Shell Bay on the Studland side with Sandbanks in Poole, crossing in about four minutes and running six times an hour. For a delivery heading to Poole, Bournemouth or the A338, it can save a long drive round the harbour. The ferry has timetables, occasional refit closures and queues on busy summer days, so it is not always the right choice.
